Shipping Methods:

All orders placed with Cellev8 will be shipped via UPS Ground within the United States. UPS Ground typically delivers orders within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that this estimated delivery time does not include order processing time.

Free Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75. This offer is valid for orders shipped within the United States and applies to the final purchase total after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

Order Processing Time:

Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before it is shipped out. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment on the UPS website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

At this time, Cellev8 only offers shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
