Michael Ferraro, Founder & Chairman

Founder of Preferred Commerce Inc. Responsible for day-to-day operations and product development.
Michael has been responsible as the brainchild for project like Growums, a children’s gardening kit and interactive online experience to teach children how to grow their own food from seed to harvest. Growums served over 1.3 million kits to children through retailers such as HD , Lowes Tractor Supply Walmart and most all big box store chains in the US and Canada.
Michael has an extensive sales and management background. Serving over 14 yrs in the investment banking business and having raised over 500 million dollars in private capital.
Michael was also the CEO of a meal prep company Team Meals, that he launched with his family in 2017 and served healthy prepared meals geared toward athletes/ active lifestyle.

Gerry David, Co-Chairman

Gerry David is a solutions-focused Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Board Member with more than 40 years of success across the consumer products, manufacturing, and high-tech industries.
Leveraging extensive experience leading five comprehensive turnarounds of both public and private companies with global scopes spanning 72 countries. He is a valuable asset for startup or established companies looking to drive long-term, sustainable growth. His broad areas of expertise include sales and marketing, operations management, financial analysis, capital raising, supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, & regulatory and strategic planning.
Gerry was one of only 25 Gold Winners in the prestigious 2016 CEO World Awards and was selected as “The Leader” in the CEO of the Year category.

Hal Kravitz, Director

Hal spent over 30 years as a leader within the Coca-Cola corporation. He began his career with Coca-Cola in 1983 where he held positions of increasing responsibility within the company, focusing on field sales and marketing. In 2001, after several other managerial roles within Coca-Cola Enterprises, Hal was named Vice President and General Manger of Coke’s operations in the Southeastern United States, a business unit that included 12,000 employees, 80 facilities, and generated ~$2.5B in revenue annually.
Hal became president of Coca-Cola’s North America’s Glaceau division where he lead its operations as a separate business unit, including oversight of brands such as Powerade, FUZE, VitaminWater and Smartwater. Hal also led the division’s integration into the broader Coca-Cola North America business segment in 2009.
After stepping down from Coca-Cola in 2013, he founded Intercontinental Beverage Capital, a New-York based merchant bank focused on investments in the CPG and beverage industries.
Hal has spent the last five years of his career helping emerging beverage brands drive growth and profitability. Hal previously served as CEO and on the board of AQUAhydrate, a premium bottled water company, and currently serves on the board of Celsius Inc., a growing fitness beverage.
Hall is Currently, President, Certified Management Group, a Division of Advantage solutions.

Rowland Hanson, Director

Rowland held a variety of executive marketing positions with General Mills & Nestle before joining Neutrogena. As VP Worldwide Marketing for Neutrogena, Rowland worked directly with the founder on expanding the product line & building the brand on a global basis. The company was sold to J&J for $1 billion.
As VP of Corporate Communications at Microsoft he developed and executed the highly acclaimed original company branding strategy that included the naming & the successful global launch of “Windows.”
Post-Microsoft, wide range of emerging company experience as a consultant, board member, and / or founder:
Amaze, Inc. – CEO / founder; launched theme calendars for computers – CEO / founder; created CD-ROM marketed vacation packages in association with United Airlines. CEO / founder; created family DVD games in association with A&E, National Geographic, DreamWorks, Discovery Channel. Nautilus Group – Board of Directors / brand development consultant for Bowflex, Schwinn Fitness, & StairMaster.

Mark Centolella, COO

Mark Centolella has close to 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. He currently leads Operations and Sales as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Before joining the Cellev8 team he was responsible for driving financial and revenue cycle performance of field operations for 56 branch locations in the Northeast, as well as developing strategic market share expansion plans consistent with corporate initiatives as a Division Vice President of Operations and Sales for Apria Healthcare, a Blackstone portfolio company.
He has successfully led diverse service industry organizations with annual revenues from $25 million to $300 million through improved performance, increasing enterprise value and reducing exposure to liabilities. Before joining Apria in 2001, he was a Region Manager for Lincare, Inc., one of America’s leading providers of integrated home healthcare products and services.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and lives in upstate NY with his wife Michele and 3 children.

John Behling, CMO

John loves the consumer package goods space. He is a 30+ year veteran of leading top lifestyle brands.
After graduating from Iowa State University, he started his career on the agency side working with Quaker, Oats, Kraft General Foods and Keebler. His time has been spent in both durable goods and consumer package goods. He has had the privilege to work with mega-brand companies like Jim Beam Brands, Red Bull Energy Drink, and Coca-Cola.
He has held executive leadership roles with durable goods companies Life Fitness and MasterCraft Boats. Most recently he was part of the American buyout group to relaunch Clearly Canadian Food and Beverage Company.
When John isn’t working on brands he loves you will find him and his family working out, taking turns skiing on a mountaintop or on the lake skiing and wakeboarding. John and his wife have two daughters and live in Nashville, Tennessee.

Eric Mays, Board Member

Eric Mays currently is a co-owner of OODA Global Gaming and previously was the Senior Sports Marketing Manager for Under Armour, overseeing all of its work in boxing and Major League Baseball.
He has spent his career in sports, starting out in licensing for The Topps Company, and then working as a sports agent for ACES Sports Management signing the likes of Luis Castillo, Jonathan Papelbon and many others.
Eric also serves on the Board of Directors for the David Ortiz Children’s Fund.
He lives with his wife and 3 children, in New Jersey.

Ed Jachim, Director of Sales
Ed Jachim has over 25 years of senior and executive level experience in the profit, non-profit, and higher education sectors developing and executing growth strategies, performance metrics management, creating engagement activities, and facilitating philanthropic priorities. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ed was the Director of Development for the American Red Cross South Florida Region for 4 years where he personally raised a total of $3 million.
A native New Yorker, Jachim graduated from the State University of New York at Potsdam with a BA in psychology and a minor in economics. In addition, he was a two-time basketball All-American and NCAA national champion. These accomplishments eventually led him to tryout with the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association.
Jachim’s passion for children led him into the non-profit sector 15 years ago by coaching boys and girls basketball teams in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Delray Beach with his wife Linda and Chihuahua, Peanut, and they enjoy every minute of the tropical South Florida climate.

Nick Ferraro, VP of Sales
Nick has spent most of his young career transforming lives through active lifestyle products. While studying at the University of Miami, Nick worked with the Miami Marlins and Miami Hurricanes, where he developed some customer service skills. He was presented with a Marlins Park All-Star award in 2018 for his hard work and dedication throughout that season. At the age of 20, Nick co-Founded (along with his father, Michael) a meal prep company designed for athletes called Team Meals. Team Meals represented an easy and convenient solution for many youth athletes, and helped hundreds of kids in the US develop positive eating habits.
Nick currently oversees business and sales development, assists with e-commerce, and happily handles customer service requests and questions.

Dr. Eric Serrano MD

Dr. Eric Serrano MD is the ace sought out by elite athletes and business professionals around the world for help with the most difficult of problems. Dr. Serrano spends a majority of his time promoting the success of his family practice patients in Pickerington; a suburb of Columbus Ohio. Amongst the thousands of patients are elite athletes from around the globe who will travel to the ends of the earth to consult with Dr. Serrano. A wide array of athletes from the NFL, NHL, MLB in addition to countless elite amateurs make up Eric’s elite client list. His cohesive expertise comes from years of practicing medicine and his career as record-breaking natural powerlifter.

Dr. Jordan Moon

Dr. Jordan R. Moon is the Executive Director of Research and Education at ImpediMed Inc. He has served as an Associate Professor and Program Director for Sports Management and Sports & Health Sciences at American Public University and American Military University in addition to serving as the Department Chair of Sports Exercise Science at the United States Sports Academy. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction (CSCS*D) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has trained all levels of athletes, including professionals in Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Hockey League, as well as college athletes and teams in addition to youth and fitness clients. Dr. Moon received his PhD in Exercise Physiology from The University of Oklahoma, his Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University, and his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Grand Valley State University. He currently holds a faculty position at the United States Sports Academy, Concordia University Chicago, American Public University, and American Military University.
